"Looked better online than in person..."
My order showed up fine, no issues there! But the product itself was a little disappointing. It didn’t feel as sturdy as I thought it would, and up close the finish looked kind of cheap?? It’s not totally unusable or anything, just didn’t feel worth the price I paid. Maybe I just got a dud, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again...

"Order was right, no real issues"
I got exactly what I picked out, and everything kinda matched up with my order. Shipping was a little slow, but it was all good in the end.

"Felt like a waste of time"
I was hoping to find a decent variety, but there really wasn’t much to choose from. A lot of it felt like the same items just packaged differently, so I kept thinking I was missing out on better options somewhere else. i wouldn’t spend much time browsing here again.

"Fun idea, but the flavor missed the mark"
I really wanted to like this, honestly. The concept sounded fun and I was expecting something way tastier, but wow, the flavor just did not do it for me. It had this weird aftertaste that lingered way longer than it needed to, and the texture felt kind of dry, like it had been sitting on a shelf forever. I kept taking another bite hoping it would get better, but nope. Maybe other people are into it, but personally I was disappointed

"Customer service was actually helpful"
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed them and they got back to me in about a day. They fixed it without making it into a whole thing, which I really appreciated. Just a normal, helpful experience overall. I’d order from them again.

"Not great for gifting"
I bought this to give as a gift, and honestly... the presentation was disappointing. The box looked a bit beat up, and when I opened it, everything inside seemed messy, like it had been packed in a rush. For the price, I expected it to feel nicer. It was just kind of awkward, I felt embarrassed handing it over.

The order itself was fine, but I mostly ended up paying attention to the tracking because it barely changed. I kept checking for updates and then had to ask a few times where my package was. Replies took longer than I expected too, so the communication just didn’t feel great.

"The site was kind of a hassle"
I tried ordering from manlymanco.com the whole thing was just annoying. Some pages were slow, and I kept having to click around for this and that just to find basic details that should’ve been easy to spot.
The checkout part wasn’t super clear either, so after messing with it for a bit, I just gave up. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it was frustrating.

"Refund turned into a hassle"
This should’ve been a simple refund, but it’s been dragged out way longer than it needed to be. I’m still waiting for it to actually get sorted, and the issue hasn’t been fixed yet. Frustrating for something that should be straightforward

"Too Much Hassle for a Underwhelming Gift"
The gift looked okay once it finally came together, but there were too many steps involved and it felt more frustrating than it should have been. After all that, the recipient wasn’t really impressed or excited, so it ended up feeling like more effort than it was worth

"Disappointed that my packaging request was ignored"
The order itself was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. I had asked for it to be handled nicely since it was meant to be a gift, and it felt like that basic request was ignored. The box was a little bent, and the inside didn’t seem very secure, like it was packed in a rush. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely didn’t look as presentable as I expected.

"Wanted to love it, but it didn’t taste fresh"
I usually stick with this brand and have had good experiences, so I was kind of torn on this one. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but it tasted a little old, like it had been sitting around too long. I still like the brand overall, but this was definitely disappointing.
